If you can't find the com port, you need to download and install Ch340 or Ch341 driver. Connect the computer and ESC signal cable with Usb, click Tools, select com port, click Connect, then power on the ESC, confirm the connection is successful, then Readpara to read the parameters, then modify the corresponding parameters, then click writepara to write and save.

About Tariffs

The product price and shipping cost do not include tariffs. Tariffs are charged differently in each country, and buyers need to pay tariffs when receiving the goods (for example, the tariff policy in the United States: tariffs are exempted within 800 US dollars).

  1. International imports from certain countries/regions may require specific materials for customs clearance (if necessary, we will provide customers with pro forma invoices).
  2. If the goods are returned due to the customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the freight shall be borne by the recipient.
  3. We can provide consumption lists and certificates. Please contact us when customs requires.
  4. If the buyer causes the return, the buyer shall bear the freight, and the cost shall be based on the selected courier. If the goods are damaged or wrong due to our fault, APISQUEEN shall bear all costs.
  5. The value of the products we declare to the customs is 10% of the actual order amount paid by the buyer, so the buyer generally pays very little tariffs.

About Shipping

We can send goods to almost any country in the world! But you need to pay attention to the import restrictions of some countries.

In the case of stock: the goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days after the buyer pays.
In the case of no stock: the goods will be shipped within 3-20 working days after the buyer pays.

About after-sales

  1. The order can be cancelled before the product is shipped to obtain a full refund (including shipping costs). After the goods are shipped, if the buyer requests a refund for his own reasons (for example: he does not want it anymore, bought the wrong one, etc.), the buyer needs to bear the cost of the express delivery and return the goods to us. After we receive the returned goods, we will refund the buyer.
  2. If you find that your package is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods (Lynn@underwaterthruster.com), and provide photos or videos of the goods. We will handle it for you according to the actual situation within 1-3 working days to satisfy you.
  3. APISQUEEN refuses after-sales service in the following situations:

  3. Damage caused by unauthorized modification or disassembly.
  4.  Damage caused by improper installation or use.
  5. Failure to clean with fresh water in time after use in seawater, resulting in shortened life.
