DESCRIPTION OF THE UNDERWATER THRUSTERS CW AND CCW

The ESC is specially developed for underwater thrusters and has the following features:

1. The proprietary firmware of ApisQueen thrusters is specially designed to improve the superior performance of the thrusters. The motor PWM generated by the hardware can improve the smooth throttle response and reduce the noise.
2. ApisQueen's exclusive firmware will generate regenerative braking, making it more efficient. When the throttle changes from large to small, the thruster decelerates and responds more quickly, and the stability and flexibility of the thruster are significantly enhanced.
3. The ESC automatically detects the throttle signal when it is powered on, and supports 1-2ms pulse width input, Oneshot and Multishot in normal PWM throttle mode.
4. Support Dshot150, Dshot300 and Dshot600. Dshot is a digital signal with strong anti-interference ability, and the ESC does not need to calibrate the throttle stroke.
5. The signal wire is a twisted pair of silicone wires, which increases its service life and effectively reduces the interference caused by the signal transmission in the copper wire, making the thruster more stable.

About Tariffs

The product price and shipping cost do not include tariffs. Tariffs are charged differently in each country, and buyers need to pay tariffs when receiving the goods (for example, the tariff policy in the United States: tariffs are exempted within 800 US dollars).

1. International imports from certain countries/regions may require specific materials for customs clearance (if necessary, we will provide customers with pro forma invoices).
2. If the goods are returned due to the customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the freight shall be borne by the recipient.
   
3. We can provide consumption lists and certificates. Please contact us when customs requires.
   
4. If the buyer causes the return, the buyer shall bear the freight, and the cost shall be based on the selected courier. If the goods are damaged or wrong due to our fault, APISQUEEN shall bear all costs.
   
5. The value of the products we declare to the customs is 10% of the actual order amount paid by the buyer, so the buyer generally pays very little tariffs.
   

About Shipping

We can send goods to almost any country in the world! But you need to pay attention to the import restrictions of some countries.

In the case of stock: the goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days after the buyer pays.
In the case of no stock: the goods will be shipped within 3-20 working days after the buyer pays.

2. Goods are generally transported by air. According to the buyer's location, we use different transportation methods. Generally, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, dedicated lines, etc.

The time for standard express delivery to the destination is generally 3-12 days (without other special circumstances), and the transportation time for remote countries/regions is generally 10-20 days. If you have other needs (such as designated express, customs value declaration, etc.), please contact us after placing an order to ensure that we can meet your requirements.
4. APISQUEEN sets transportation rates according to different countries/regions. In order to reduce the buyer's purchase cost, APISQUEEN takes the initiative to bear 50% of the shipping costs for the buyer.
5. Shipping costs are charged according to the weight of the goods and are settled when placing an order. The shipping cost shown in the settlement is the result after APISQUEEN bears 50%.
6. You can estimate the shipping cost as follows: select the item you want to purchase → add to the shopping cart → enter the zip code of the delivery address → select the delivery method → ​​then you will receive the estimated shipping cost.

About after-sales

1. The order can be cancelled before the product is shipped to obtain a full refund (including shipping costs). After the goods are shipped, if the buyer requests a refund for his own reasons (for example: he does not want it anymore, bought the wrong one, etc.), the buyer needs to bear the cost of the express delivery and return the goods to us. After we receive the returned goods, we will refund the buyer.
2. If you find that your package is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods (Lynn@underwaterthruster.com), and provide photos or videos of the goods. We will handle it for you according to the actual situation within 1-3 working days to satisfy you.
   
3. If you need to replace your purchased goods after receiving the goods, you need to mail the goods to APISQUEEN;Within 6 months after purchasing the product and confirming receipt, if there is any quality problem with the product, we will provide free after-sales service and mail new accessories or new products to the buyer free of charge (the buyer only needs to bear the express transportation fee, APISQUEEN will no longer help the buyer to bear 50% of the freight, and the buyer needs to bear 100% of the freight)
   

APISQUEEN refuses after-sales service in the following situations:

1.  Failures and damages caused by non-product quality problems.
2. Damage caused by circuit changes or improper matching.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized modification or disassembly.
4.  Damage caused by improper installation or use.
5. Failure to clean with fresh water in time after use in seawater, resulting in shortened life.
