ApisQueen has set up shipping rates according to different country regions, and shipping costs are charged according to the weight of the goods.
Order Processing
Ordering from ApisQueen is now easier, and most importantly, faster than ever before.Monday through Friday after you submit payment for your order., most orders will ship within 1-7 business days!Remember, if there are any problems/concerns regarding your order, it might be delayed, but rest assured that our staff will contact you ASAP to expedite your shipment in a timely fashion. We reserve up to five business days to process orders to ensure that your order is shipped correctly (and completely).
**What is the five-day "order processing" time? ApisQueen is dedicated to sending your order in the fastest and most efficient way possible. When an order is placed it must first be processed. That processing time is different than the shipping time. Processing time will typically take about 1 -5 business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Times
All shipping times are calculated in business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. The standard shipping time is 5 to 25 working days (in the absence of any surprises). Due to the difference in the buyer's country and region, we take different shipping methods, generally we will use DHL, FedEx, UPS, special line, etc. We give priority to special line shipping.
**Please be aware that if you are using a freight forwarding company, any postage and/or additional fees accrued is the responsibility of the customer.

What sort of “problems/concerns” might delay my order? If we are unable to verify your shipping address or if the item you selected sold out before we could fulfill your order, we might not be able to ship your item(s) on the same day. In those cases, a member of our staff will contact you immediately to work with you on resolving the issue and expediting your order in a timely fashion.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? You may include a P.O. box as your shipping address but be aware that some large items and any order totaling 50 lbs or more requires a residential address (not a P.O. Box).
