ABOUT PWM 

PWM full name is (Pulse-width modulation). It is also called duty cycle signal, which indicates the proportion of the high level duration to the whole signal period. 2ms for the whole period of PWM, 1.5ms stop, 1.5-2ms forward, 1.5-1ms reverse.

From the diagram, we can clearly see that when PWM is 75% (1.5ms), the motor stops rotating, when PWM is 50% (1ms), the motor rotates in reverse, and when PWM is 100% (2ms) the motor rotates in forward.Of course ESC will not only make the motor turn forward and reverse, but can adjust the speed of motor rotation by the duty cycle size of PWM. When the PWM is gradually changed from 75% to 50%, the motor will keep reversing and accelerating from stop until the reverse rotation reaches the maximum. And when PWM is gradually changed from 75% to 100%, the motor is continuously accelerated from stop to forward until the forward rotation reaches the maximum value. That is, PWM is a signal that can be continuously varied, and the effective range is from 50% to 100%.

The frequency of PWM signal is 50hz, 100hz, 200hz or 500hz, etc. The higher the control frequency, the shorter the period, the shorter the control interval, and the faster the ESC and motor response speed The faster the ESC and motor response. Conversely, the lower the control frequency, the longer the period, the longer the control interval, and the slower the ESC and motor response.

About Tariffs

About Shipping

We can send goods to almost any country in the world! But you need to pay attention to the import restrictions of some countries.

In the case of stock: the goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days after the buyer pays.
In the case of no stock: the goods will be shipped within 3-20 working days after the buyer pays.

  5. Shipping costs are charged according to the weight of the goods and are settled when placing an order. The shipping cost shown in the settlement is the result after APISQUEEN bears 50%.

About after-sales

  1. The order can be cancelled before the product is shipped to obtain a full refund (including shipping costs). After the goods are shipped, if the buyer requests a refund for his own reasons (for example: he does not want it anymore, bought the wrong one, etc.), the buyer needs to bear the cost of the express delivery and return the goods to us. After we receive the returned goods, we will refund the buyer.
  2. If you find that your package is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods (Lynn@underwaterthruster.com), and provide photos or videos of the goods. We will handle it for you according to the actual situation within 1-3 working days to satisfy you.
  3. If you need to replace your purchased goods after receiving the goods, you need to mail the goods to APISQUEEN;Within 6 months after purchasing the product and confirming receipt, if there is any quality problem with the product, we will provide free after-sales service and mail new accessories or new products to the buyer free of charge (the buyer only needs to bear the express transportation fee, APISQUEEN will no longer help the buyer to bear 50% of the freight, and the buyer needs to bear 100% of the freight)

APISQUEEN refuses after-sales service in the following situations:

  2. Damage caused by circuit changes or improper matching.
  3. Damage caused by unauthorized modification or disassembly.
  4.  Damage caused by improper installation or use.
  5. Failure to clean with fresh water in time after use in seawater, resulting in shortened life.
