I purchased 2 U92 thrusters for my kayaks after I installed them we followed the instructions to test them and noticed that one unit would not power up and the other had a loud squeal sound. I contacted Lynn from customer support how told me the I was not using them right I explained that we have never had the thrusters in the water. She had me go thru several steps to trouble shoot including taking the main power unit completely apart and now is trying to say it's a usage problem. I HAVE NEVER USED THEM... Now I'm out $500. Buyer by were there they state they have a warranty but in fact it's just words.
