I. Customization Services
APISQUEEN offers a variety of product customization services, including but not limited to:

For any customization requests (such as voltage, current, thrust, cable length, waterproof rating, interface type, etc.), please contact us before or immediately after placing your order to confirm feasibility and delivery time:

II. Duties and Taxes
Product prices and shipping fees do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
Customs duties and clearance policies vary by country/region. Unless the destination is covered by our tax-included shipping policy (e.g., most areas in the USA), buyers are responsible for paying any applicable fees to local customs or logistics companies upon delivery.
Some countries/regions may require additional customs documents or materials (e.g., commercial invoice, product list, etc.). If needed, APISQUEEN will actively assist and provide relevant documentation.
If goods are returned or destroyed due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate with customs, refusal to pay duties, or inability to provide necessary documents, all resulting shipping and related costs will be borne by the recipient.
Customs Declaration Notice
APISQUEEN will make reasonable and compliant declarations according to the requirements of the logistics company and the destination country/region.
The declared contents and quantities may vary depending on product type, shipping method, and local customs policies, and may not fully match the order payment amount.
The final duty amount is determined by local customs or the logistics company. APISQUEEN does not guarantee the amount of duties or the outcome of customs clearance.
III. Shipping and Logistics

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Products are usually shipped by air.
We will select the appropriate logistics provider based on the destination. Common carriers include:

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the goods and the destination.
To reduce costs for buyers, APISQUEEN subsidizes approximately 50% of international shipping fees.
The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final fee after the 50% discount.

IV. After-Sales Service
Order Cancellation and Refund
Before shipment:
Buyers can cancel the order at any time and receive a full refund (including shipping fees).
After shipment (buyer’s reason):
If a return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, wrong order), the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm it is intact.
Damaged Goods During Shipping
If the package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days and provide clear photos or videos as evidence:

Quality Issues and After-Sales Support
APISQUEEN provides free after-sales support for non-human-caused quality issues within 6 months from the date of confirmed receipt.
After-sales support may include (depending on the situation):

📌 Shipping fees for after-sales service:
Return or replacement shipping costs during after-sales are borne by the buyer.
After-sales orders do not enjoy the 50% shipping subsidy; buyers pay 100% of shipping costs.
Cases Not Covered by After-Sales Service
APISQUEEN does not provide after-sales service in the following cases (including but not limited to):

Malfunctions or damage not caused by product quality

Damage caused by circuit modifications or parameter mismatches

Unauthorized modifications or disassembly

Damage caused by improper installation or use

Reduced product lifespan due to seawater use without timely cleaning
