Şirketimiz şu anda DDP (Gümrük Vergileri Ödenmiş Teslimat) nakliye yöntemini sunabilmekte olup, standart gümrük vergileri tarafımızca karşılanmaktadır. Ancak fiili gümrükleme sürecinde, gümrük işlemlerinin sorunsuz bir şekilde tamamlanabilmesi için alıcının ilgili belgeleri temin etmesi gerekebilir.

Haven’t tried out the thrusters yet. Upon arrival one thruster had an oil leak, and the other had a badly-cast prop, it wasn’t sitting true on the shaft, so I ordered a replacement.
I sent in an email mentioning the issues I discovered during the unboxing and Lynn replied quickly - confirmed the oil leak was to be expected as motor equalized pressure, and she said the wonky prop would be fine. But since the prop is readily available, I purchased a replacement that I will install before I actually use the thrusters. Lynn also confirmed there is a 1 year warranty, so that helped ease my concerns.
So far, so good, but I haven’t actually used the product yet.

I received the motors with some delay...but that's not a problem. I couldn't test them this year...I'm far from water now...and it's cold. I'll test them in water in 2026. Now I've only done a short dry test. I powered them with a 51 Volt LFP battery...the remote works well...adequately...does what I expected. It's too bad that the remote is not waterproof...I hope this shortcoming will be overcome in the future.
